| The same base is used as the bonding liquid. Does the same job as the bonding liquid. Everything applies in the same manner except that an undercoat is not necessary. The final coat can be applied directly onto the pigmented bonding liquid after 4 hours but preferably 16 hours curing period. The product is also recommended as a primer onto bad, underbound plastered surfaces. Should be used on all raw plastered surfaces in high traffic areas and where quality top coats are used. | ||
